RŌA has supported organisations to clarify direction, strengthen leadership and build strategy grounded in kaupapa Māori and practical action.

  • Developed a long-term heritage strategy supporting papakāinga, whenua, identity and intergenerational wellbeing.

  • Developed a kaupapa Māori sustainability toolkit and provided strategic support to help embed kaupapa Māori outcomes across a Māori-owned organisation.

  • Delivered senior leadership coaching and strategic support to the CEO and GM of Finance within a Māori organisation to strengthen direction, confidence, and organisational alignment.
